Our Client, a producer of high quality food based in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland, has a vacancy for an experienced Production Supervisor within their team.



The Raw Fish Production Supervisor will be responsible for production of the product to customer specification in terms of quality, safety and presentation within their specific department.



The Raw Fish Production Supervisor will supervise the staff while monitoring efficiencies. They will ensure that all staff are adequately trained/inducted to perform their daily tasks in a safe and hygienic manner and that all training records are maintained.



The successful applicant will be a team player with experience both in managing people and within the chilled food sector, ideally with fish.



A starting salary of up to £22k is available with this position. As well as excellent earning potential, the Raw Fish Production Supervisor will have the opportunity to further develop their career within a growing company.
