I need a manager for my busy central Grimsby coffee shop. This is a very hands on role, the manager needs to lead from the front, there is no scope for sitting in the office looking at numbers. In fact we don't even have an office. You will be responsible for recruitment and training of staff, achieving sales and profit targets, and ensuring the store is run to the company standard. This is a busy shop, sales are 350k and there are 10 staff in a mix of full and part time positions. Starting wage is circa 19k with 6 monthly reviews. My top managers are earning 24k.You will need some management experience and catering experience is an advantage. We provide full training.
