A small and long standing cleaning company based in Earlsfield is looking for an operational manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.

 

 

 

Main duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:

 

 

Responsible for the day to day management of the business.

 

Maintaining a successful realationship with all existing clients whilst expanding the client base.



Dealing with sales and general telephone and email enquiries.

 

Taking and instructing staff with customers' detailed requirements.

 

Managing a diary and rota system and monitoring cleaner's schedules and working hours. Arranging cover for sickness and absence.



Advertising job vacancies, interviewing and screening candidates.



Maintaining a database, producing detailed records, updating tasks and calendars in Outlook.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Previous experience in an operational role is required.

 

Well-organised. Excellent planning and organisational skills.

 

Excellent decision making abilities

 

First class Attention to detail.

 

Very strong communicator. Ability to speak Polish.

 

Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

 

A good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. 



The ability to multi task and to work calmly under pressure

 

Hard working and enjoy working under own initiative.

 

A friendly, cheerful and positive attitude.



Full English driving licence would be an advantage but it is not essential. 

 

 



Basic working hours Monday - Friday 9-5pm



Salary depending on experience.
