Training manager for butchers and trimmers
360 recruitment is recruiting for an experienced butcher/trainer to manage up 40 trainee butchers based on a production line. The role will be 80% based on the shop floor mentoring the trainee’s, advising, checking standards, teaching and demonstrating skills to enhance the trainees skill level. This is a full time position working directly for 360 recruitment, we require a committed hard working individual who has a good understanding of boning and trimming beef. The successful candidate will be multi lingual speaking at a minimum of English and Polish, be a people person and have excellent communication skills. The position does come with responsibility and a good salary.

Monitoring skills on a production line
Running and maintaining a skills training Matrix
Checking in/out staff on a daily basis
Up keep of HR files
Inductions of new starters
Health and Safety training
Site tours
Communicating with head office
Completion of time sheets
Liaising with management
Relationship building
