Please note that this opportunity is for those who strongly believe in their sales skills. We offer no salary, but a high commission structure on conducted sales. 20% commission for up to 4 sales per month. 30% if you exceed a monthly target of 4 sales.

 

This is your chance to work for a film and media production company based in Central London. We are a small but dynamic team with a few years combined experience providing media, marketing and PR solutions for business. We are passionate, work as a team and lead by example doing whatever is necessary to get the job done. We work in a relaxed but fast moving environment and love coming to work, constantly facing new challenges from our clients.

 

The ideal candidate should be able to:

- gain a thorough understanding of the key accounts needs and company ethos,

- know how to identify, facilitate and make effective contact with potential clients in various industries, creating new business relationships and opportunities,

- maintain and develop successful relationships via face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mail,

- learn from the company CEO closely to learn to support and implement new sales strategies,

- ensure that all incoming queries are effectively resolved and that the Chief Executive Officer informed of any potential issues.

 

Required skills:

- knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point,

- ability to speak one of the Eastern European languages and understanding of a business culture (Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Slovakia).

 

Preferred characteristics:

- previous experience in sales or B2B customer handling,

- an outgoing, confident personality,

- good business sense and entrepreneurial spirit,

- excellent communication skills,

- flexible and adaptive approach to work,

- a quick learner who is able to work under pressure.
