Team Leaders required working on a seasonal contract starting mid-August until December 2012.
The role is in a warehouse packaging & distribution environment, requiring you to manage a team of temporary staff on a daily basis, ensuring that they are packing products correctly and working to the set targets.
There may also be a requirement to manage the goods in / out bound sections ensuring that all products are unloaded and loaded quickly and properly.
Team Leaders need to have proven people management skills, good paperwork accuracy, reliability and determination to hit targets.
Hours will be day shifts between 7am starts and 6pm finish. Pay is £6.40 p/h for 37.5 hrs p/w. All candidates must be able to work in the B6 and B76 areas of Birmingham, own transport is essential. If you are interested please email your CV today to paulhitchen@singleresource.co.uk
