Pro-Force LTD is looking to recruit line leaders for one of the packhouses we supply.

The role involves assisting in the training of new recruits, motivating staff and supervising Pro-Force workers. You will also be working very closely with the client management team making sure all aspects of the daily operation are running smoothly.

You must learn the packhouse operation quickly and speak fluent English with ideally Polish & Russian/Latvian and Russian. Packhouse experience would be an advantage

Due to the location of the packhouse, your own transport will be required as there is no public transport route, however we can help with arranging accommodation.

Candidate must have good people skills, be organised and flexible.

Initially, you will be paid a training fee of £6.10 per hour for 6 weeks, After 6 weeks you will receive an appraisal and wage will be increased upon achieving skills and client knowledge .
