Position: 2x Recruitment Consultant (Lithuanian, Russian and English speakers)

Start: ASAP

Branch: Kent, Chartham

Responsible to: Recruitment Manager

Salary: Temp to perm £6.50, per hour 39 hours week, 3 months probation, after qualifying period full time contract 17 - 19k per annum.



MAIN FUNCTION:

We are now actively looking for Lithuanian, Russian, English speaking recruitment consultants who would like to join our friendly team. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of workers from Latvia employed through Pro-Force to farms and Packhouse’s in the UK and abroad.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

9. To attract potential candidates

10. To assist with recruitment of workers

11. To ensure that all workers understand what is expected of them

12. To ensure that all workers have legal status to work in the UK

13. To help organise interviews and meetings

14. To assist with staff training and development

15. To administrate the Database/Files etc. and ensure that all information held is up to date

16. To perform any other duties relevant to the function or the department as directed by Recruitment Manager



The ideal candidate must have:

7. Driving licence

8. Multi lingual (English & Lithuanian & Russian essential)

9. Flexibility in hours and days is required

10. IT Skills (Office package essential)
