Job Summary

The role includes providing a good level of professionalism and customer support to all our existing and potential customers, and at the same time to project a positive and friendly image to our clients either over the phone or in person.

 

We are looking for somone to start by the 2nd of January 2013

 

 

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintains customer satisfaction by establishing rapport with customers and others in a position to help meet customer needs.

2. Order taking, processing and preparing picking notes for warehouse. Invoices, sample requests, and trade promotions. Reserving orders for customers when necessary.

3. Booking, arranging and following order dispatches with transport companies.

4. Raising, printing & filing invoices and picking notes.

5. Liaison between warehouse for order preparation & hauliers, sales office & customers.

6. Receiving payments and logging them on the system when & where necessary.

7. Dealing with queries from prospective buyers and customers, both face to face and on the phone.

8. Dealing with customer issues and sales related problems. Resolves product and service problems by researching the situation; identifying alternate means of filling customer needs; recommending solutions.

9. Assisting upper management.

10. General office admin, which includes post, maintenance of office machines, message taking etc.

11. Identify working practises within the sales office that could be improved to provide a better service for our sales team and of course our customers. Ensuring that appropriate action is taken with assistance from the management team when necessary.

12. Maintains quality service by following organisation standards.

13. Maintains technical knowledge by doing research & reviewing publications.

14. Preparing & generating weekly reports

Working hours

Mon-Friday 9am-5pm

Some Saturdays as well
