A great opportunity to join highly qualified and dedicated nursing team on the position of a Deputy Manager in one of Nursing Homes located in Maidstone area, Kent.

A full time and permanent vacancies available in Nursing Homes providing high level of care to around 40 - 80 elderly residents.

You would be working alongside the home manager and will be required to have a proven clinical track record, have to be up to date with all current practices and be able to provide planning for person centered care.

Successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the work, to include decision making processes and needs to have skills and ability to establish and maintain relationship both within the nursing home, whether it is with residents or colleagues, as well as in regards to commercial relationships.

Deputy Manager will be responsible to make sure that the home is run on the highest possible level at all times, the work and care performed are in accordance with CQC requirements and regulations, residents receive individual and holistic care within safe environment. All records have to be kept up to date and duties are to be divided among staff properly.

Candidates are required to possess current General Nursing as well as previous managerial experience while working on a similar position. Dementia Nursing Experience would be a benefit.

Additionally all candidates needs to have current NMC registration, very good language skills (both written and spoken), motivation to deliver high level of care and ability to lead a team.
