We are looking for caring and friendly team members who will be able to provide quality support to 5 adults with learning/physical difficulties living in the nice independent house in St. Albans.

Although experience and a good understanding of additional needs are preferred it is not essential.

Responsibilities will include:

•Providing support, advocacy and information to the individuals we support.

•Helping service users meet their personal care needs sensitively and appropriately to a high standard, including personal hygiene and preparing meals and drinks.

•Supporting service users to take any prescribed medicine.

•Enabling service users to achieve independence as far as possible in all areas of their life by providing appropriate information, opportunity and support.

Driving licence essential.
