DatacenterDynamics is currently looking for a Delegates Sales Executive.

Working as a member of the delegate sales team you will be involved in all aspects of delegate acquisition and sales, including sourcing new clients, building existing industry relationships and maintaining data in the CRM.

You will be involved in B2B telesales, cross selling and up-selling client on the DCD portfolio of products and services.

The job will require working onsite at DCD conference and training locations. This role involves end-to-end client management including: telesales, record keeping, invoicing, client facing event registration desk work, resolving client issues, documentation, and database use.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Telesales and telemarketing experience; ideally business to business.

• High standard of intrapersonal skills, professional confidence and tenacity.

• Good organisational and time management skills.

• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, CRM and databases.

• Communication - both verbal and written.

• Fluent in required language
