OPPORTUNITY

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the team for the launch of an independent neighbourhood cafe in london bridge, serving fresh, rustic, seasonal food with a British & Mediterranean twist with fantastic coffees 



The cafe is a mix of take away, counter , with food served from a large open counter, hot dishes coming straight from the kitchen plus our wonderful home-made cakes and sweet treats.

 

PASSIONS

We are really looking for people with a passion for coffee and fantastic customer service in a friendly & professional manner.



EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a coffee shop, knowledge of coffee, proper espresso-making technique, experience working with multiple coffees, be able to manage coffee quality and work flow in a fast paced environment.

And, being an independent café with a great food offer you will also be expected to part of the food service team and not just a barista.



QUALITIES & SKILLS

As well as being friendly, professional & engaging you will be expected to gain a fantastic knowledge of the food 



Other key skills;

• Excellent barista skills

• Ability to multi task and prioritise

• Great customer communication skills

• A team player

THE POSITION

• Full or part time positions available (part time must be mornings - Mon to Fri)

• Good hourly rates of pay for the right people

•  starts at 8am so having easy transport
