A busy British Council Accredited language school in Fulham – London is looking for an experienced and talented General Office Administrator / Advanced Booking Officer for their marketing office in Rembertow, Warsaw.

The successful candidate would be responsible for dealing with enquiries from foreign students and agents in a highly professional manner. The main duties include booking courses, giving out general information, raising invoices, correspondence with prospective students and agents, setting up and maintaining files, organising the office, and other various duties as delegated by the management team.

Candidates must speak and write FLUENT English and be highly organised with excellent time-management and administrative skills. Brilliant It skills and previous experience in a similar role are essential. An energetic, fast learning and ‘can do’ attitude is desirable. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise the workload is an integral part of the post offered. Knowledge of foreign languages is most welcome.

The position of a General Office Administrator / Advanced Booking Officer is offered on a full-time permanent basis, subject to successful completion of the probationary period. We offer competitive salary dependent on qualifications and previous experience, 28 days of holidays, and other benefits.
