Job Title: Smoked Salmon Process Operatives



Job Type: Temporary Full Time which may lead to Permanent.



Pay Rate: £6.15 per hour + time and half per hour payable for additional hours worked



Area: Ross-Shire



Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – 8.00am till 4.30pm – 40 hours per week net although some flexibility is required due to production demands.



BePersonnel Ltd is seeking a number of Smoked Salmon Process Operatives to work within the busy production site of our Ross-Shire based client. This position is on a temporary full time basis working dayshift hours Monday to Friday. There may be the opportunity for the role to become permanent for some candidates.



Main duties include:

• removing dark meat from smoked salmon fillets using whizards or similar tools such as powered ring knives

• basic knife work on the trimming line to shape the salmon fillets

• operation of machines including feeding the product into the machines and packing fish in preparation for despatch.



Candidates should be comfortable working in a lightly chilled environment, be looking to settle in long term or permanent employment and have an enthusiastic “can do” approach to work. As there is some lifting involved a degree of physical capability is required.
