Our customers love our coffee. That’s a given. But they also love coming into the store because of the whole experience. Of which you’re a major part. You’ll make sure that you build relationships with our customers – ensuring your style reflects our ‘customer comes first’ approach, connecting with them and making sure they want to come back for more.

And whilst legendary service is second nature to you, you’ll also need to be able to make superb coffee. Our customers know just how they like it, and it’s your task to get it right every time. This poses no problem though - because you take pride in serving up perfect beverages and you’ve been fully trained to make anything on the menu board (and a few things that aren’t!).

Beyond that, well it’s about the basics. We expect you to treat your fellow partners and store with respect (so keeping it clean and tidy is a must). But to fit in, it’s also about acting with honesty, integrity and working together as a team to maximise performance across the board.

So whilst previous customer service is obviously going to help, we’re also looking for people with potential. We’re looking for future partners who enjoy communicating and connecting with people, and are willing to work together to create a truly exceptional experience in our stores. Add to this your infectious enthusiasm and zest for learning new things and you’re bound to win us over – putting you on the path to a great new career.
