We are looking for a dynamic self motivated go getter with superb organisational skills who has the capacity to be flexible in both approach and working hours to service the fluctuating needs of our clients. This client will require 24 / 7 support and therefore a high level of flexibility will be required (Full time or Part time )



Our client base operates across the industrial sector, utilising mainly unskilled / semi-skilled operatives. You will be required to recruit, manage, direct, influence and motivate the workforce and develop a strong working group.



With the ability to communicate at all levels you will be required to service the recruitment requirements of a client in the local area as and when they arise ensuring that there is an ample pool of staff available to ensure 100% client satisfaction regardless of the level or numbers of staff required at short notice.



You will be given training in the paperwork and systems to be used and will operate as an independent arm of the main agency who will provide the support and infrastructure for success.



Recruitment experience is desired but not mandatory for the role.
