You will report directly to either the Shoe Supervisor or the Floor Supervisor. You are the frontline in ensuring a comfortable shopping experience for our customers therefore an outgoing personality is vital. You will be involved in maintaining the standards on the shop floor as well as merchandising and providing our customers with the best possible customer service.
