 Works Co-ordinator required for a busy reactive maintenance company.

 

You will have to liaise with clients and book works in

Allocate works to the engineers

Keep track of work and planned maintenance

General admin work to be done

Training will be given on how to use the works co-ordination program

 

The ideal candidate must be:

- Experienced in organising Planned and Reactive Maintenance services in a multi skilled work environment - Plumbing, Electrical, & building services.

- Computer literate and be able to use Microsoft office

- Articulate, organised and hard working

- Fluent in English

- Professional and have a good telephone manner

- Able to work well under pressure

- Able to type 50wpm
